2023 CVAN Stats
In 2023, with the support of so many in our community, CVAN:
- Answered 1,741 calls on our 24-hour hotline.
- Provided 3,541 nights of shelter and served 14,164 meals.
- Went to court with 170 battered women.
- Served 119 women and children through our Holiday Program.
- Helped former shelter residents start over with food, supplies, etc. along with rent, utilities, childcare, etc. 1,166 times.
- Overall, in 2023 CVAN provided safety, shelter and support to 1,630 battered women and their children through our many services.
